Preconstruction Administrator

Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for a Preconstruction Administrator to join our client located in Saratoga County, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The Preconstruction Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the pursuit and acquisition of new construction projects. This position is responsible for coordinating bid administration, proposal development, contract review, compliance management, and procurement activities throughout the preconstruction process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring all submissions and documentation are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
