Corporate Paralegal

Hill Ward Henderson seeks a high-level corporate paralegal to take on front-line responsibility and play an integral role on its deal teams. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working leader to partner with our lawyers, serving sophisticated and recognized public and private companies as well as private equity and venture capital firms.
