Client Details Our client is a family-owned general contractor with nearly 50 years of success delivering multifamily housing projects throughout the Southeast. The company has built a strong reputation within affordable housing, tax-credit developments, major renovations, and HUD-funded projects while continuing to expand into select commercial markets. Description Prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimates for multifamily projects Develop subcontractor relationships and manage bid solicitation efforts Analyze plans, specifications, and budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities Support preconstruction strategy, value engineering, and project planning Collaborate directly with ownership, operations, and project teams Profile A successful Preconstruction Manager should have: 4+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a general contractor Ground-up multifamily construction experience strongly preferred Background with affordable housing or tax-credit projects is a plus Established subcontractor relationships and market knowledge preferred Seeking a long-term growth opportunity within a leadership-driven organization Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from USD 130.000 to USD 170.000.
