Night time Shift leader

Wingstop is seeking a dependable, energetic, and motivated Night Shift Lead to oversee restaurant operations during evening hours and ensure successful nightly closings. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage team members, deliver excellent guest service, maintain food quality standards, and secure the restaurant at the end of each shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during evening and late-night shifts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and adherence to Wingstop standards.
• Handle cash management, drawer reconciliation, and nightly deposits.
• Manage labor, staffing, and shift execution to meet operational goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Train and coach team members on procedures and performance expectations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Complete all closing duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, equipment shutdown, and securing the restaurant.
• Lock and secure the building at the end of the night and remain on-site until all closing procedures are completed, typically around 1:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership, shift lead, or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be comfortable handling cash and completing end-of-day reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be available to work closing shifts and stay until approximately 1:30 AM to complete all closing responsibilities.
