- Join three (3) full-time ophthalmologists (general and retina), each supported by scribes and two technicians
- Dedicated Eye Center with adjacent multi-OR Surgery Center and optical shop
- Opportunity to assume significant Glaucoma and Cataract volume if interested
- 4 clinic days + 1 OR day per week partners typically take Fridays off
- patients per clinic day; 8 12 surgical procedures per OR day
- Guaranteed base salary + % collections incentive eligibility from day one!
