We're looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator who is passionate about protecting employees, driving continuous improvement, and creating an environment where every team member goes home safely each day.

If you're the type of person who sees opportunities instead of obstacles, enjoys influencing positive change, and wants to make a visible impact across multiple manufacturing locations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll partner with our Regional EHS Manager and plant leadership to strengthen and elevate our safety culture across the organization. You'll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping identify risks before they become incidents while championing programs that make our workplaces safer, healthier, and more efficient.

Your impact will include:

  • Leading facility safety inspections and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Investigating incidents and uncovering root causes to prevent future occurrences
  • Analyzing safety trends and helping develop continuous improvement strategies
  • Supporting safety reviews for new equipment, processes, and facility changes
  • Delivering training and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards
  • Influencing positive behaviors and helping build a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility
What You'll Bring
  • Associate degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and workplace safety regulations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation
