Job Overview • # of patients per day: Hematology patients, not oncology (minimum 15 patients)
• Hospital bed size: TBD (Inpatient Facility)
• Support staff: Nurses, Navigator, Admin Support, Pharmacy, 1 2 physicians, APPs, Infusion Specialist
• Job Requirements: Ambulatory Hem/Onc Clinic follow up and see new patients, write orders & prescriptions, communicate with the pharmacy o Focus on benign hematology o Bread and Butter Hem/Onc
• EMR: EPIC
• Board Certification: Hematology and/or Oncology
• State License Required: Yes, State of NC
• DEA: YES
• Certifications: BLS
• Minimum experience required: at least 2 3 years experience
• Credentialing Timeframe: days
