What You ll Do:
  • Evaluate patients physical function through formal and informal assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
  • Collaborate with physicians to prepare and update treatment regimes
  • Design treatment schedules tailored to patient needs and caregiver input
  • Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and prognosis
  • Coordinate care with clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need:
  • Current valid Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate care

About the Assignment:
This outpatient therapy position focuses on providing evidenced-based physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver patient-centered care, supporting recovery and functional independence.
