One of the premier healthcare organizations in North Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist/Oncologist to join its growing, high-performing Cancer Center. This is a unique opportunity to step into a financially lucrative position within an established oncology program that offers excellent clinical support, along with the option to assume a Medical Director leadership role.

THE PRACTICE

  • Join an established, comprehensive cancer program with integrated medical oncology, radiation oncology, CyberKnife, infusion, and multidisciplinary support services
  • 4-day work week with minimal call responsibilities, and strong nursing and administrative support
  • Leadership opportunity available for qualified physicians interested in strategic growth, quality initiatives, and program development

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $615,000 base salary plus an uncapped wRVU production incentive, and quality incentive bonus
  • $50,000 Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, retirement plans, PTO, and comprehensive benefits
