Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception to completion
Prepare for trials and participate in jury trial representation
Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings
Consult with clients and manage discovery processes
Negotiate settlements and appear in court
Produce clear and persuasive legal writing
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience
Admission to State Bar xibtplm and active state bar license
Proven trial litigation experience
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
