Senior Consultant
Operations, Supply Chain & Procurement Consulting

Location: Remote (based near a major US airport hub) Travel required

Our Client: An established global operations and supply chain consulting firm, now investing aggressively in building an AI-native delivery model into every client engagement. They are not a software or IT consultancy; their work happens on plant floors, in distribution centers, and inside client supply chains, not behind a screen. They combine deep operational expertise with AI-powered platforms that turn complexity into prescriptive, measurable action, and they back their work with a results-based fee guarantee. They are rebuilding what operations consulting looks like, and they're bringing in strong contributors to help lead that build.

You Are: You are an operations leader who translates plant-floor and supply-chain reality into measurable financial outcomes; cost out, cycle time down, throughput up. You've either delivered that as a hands-on consultant or owned it directly inside an operating company. You want AI-powered tools accelerating and sharpening that judgment, not a desk job configuring them and you're drawn to the idea of joining a firm early enough to help shape how AI-forward operations consulting actually gets done.

The Work:

  • Lead transformation engagements - own workstreams within large-scale operational transformations across procurement, logistics, and operations for CEOs and private equity-backed leadership teams.

  • Diagnose and design - conduct hands-on assessments of supply chain networks, procurement functions, and operations to identify and prioritize high-value improvement opportunities.

  • Implement on-site - design and implement improved processes, organizational structures, and performance systems, working directly on plant floors, in distribution centers, and at client operations centers.

  • Direct AI-powered delivery - work alongside the firm's AI platform to turn operational data into prescriptive action, driving each recommendation through to measurable ROI.

  • Build client capability - coach and influence client teams to adopt new ways of working, leaving lasting internal capability behind.

  • Prove the result - establish and track the KPIs that demonstrate sustainable, quantifiable improvement.

  • Grow the relationship - identify opportunities to extend engagements and support new business development.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations as a hands-on implementation consultant or as an internal operations leader who owned measurable results

  • A genuine track record of driving quantifiable outcomes (cost reduction, EBITDA improvement, cycle time, throughput, working capital)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, operations, supply chain, or business); advanced degree a plus

  • Real enthusiasm for applying AI and technology to operations problems; this is a role for an operator who wants AI as leverage, not an engineer who wants to build it

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and frontline teams alike

  • US Citizens or Valid US Green Card Holders

Compensation: Base plus bonus.

Location: While we have this listed in New York, this is a Remote position. You can be based in other cities in the East, Mid-West, or Central US, near any major U.S. airport hub. M-T travel is required for this role, typically 80%+ depending on client and engagement needs.
