Payroll Supervisor

The Payroll Supervisor will lead a small payroll team while remaining heavily involved in day-to-day payroll operations. This role oversees payroll processing for approximately 1,500-2,000 employees, including both standard employee payroll and stipend-based payments for scholarship recipients. The ideal candidate has strong payroll compliance knowledge, experience with multi-state payroll, and a hands-on leadership style. Experience supporting organizations in research, higher education, healthcare, pharmaceutical development, or grant-funded environments is highly preferred.
