Applications Specialist

We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Applications Specialist to support the application of emergency lighting systems in commercial environments, including exit signage, egress illumination, and inverter-based emergency power systems. Responsibilities: - Develop accurate, timely, and technically sound quotations based on electrical drawings, specifications, and project requirements - Prepare technical proposals, and submittals while ensuring system performance and compliance with applicable electrical and life safety codes. - Evaluate system operation under normal and emergency power conditions, including egress illumination requirements - Collaborate with engineering, sales, contractors, distributors, and customers to clarify project requirements and provide application-level technical support. - Identify design gaps, compatibility issues, and code compliance risks while recommending practical, cost-effective solutions. - Support pre-sales activities, customer technical discussions, troubleshooting, and product training to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. - Must have 3+ years of experience in quoting or technical sales support, or system design - Must have strong understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution - Must have ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications - Must have mechanically or technically inclined - Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
