Rates are all-inclusive for CRNA's (THIS INCLUDES ALL TRAVEL AND OT/HOLIDAYS WHICH THEY WILL NOT WORK)

Schedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation
Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (3 FTE)
• Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient
• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various
• Types of surgery - General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
Need someone that is able to work in the Main OR's, most of the time at Memorial
EMR: Cerner
Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center & Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: WV
• License Required: Yes
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
