This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: June 16 - July 3 - Monday -Thursday (8:00 am-4:00 pm. Huddle is at 7:40)

Setting: Clinic

Procedures/Cases: All ages, primarily adults. Procedures needed: Fillings, Ortho - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants.

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days

Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
