Associate Attorney

Rosing Davidson Frost a well-respected Park City based law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience. This position will provide litigation and transactional support in the areas of real estate, construction defect, HOA, and business law. We are seeking a motivated attorney to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions
Stay on top of case management and case management deadlines
Coordinate discovery and discovery efforts with paralegals and other legal support staff
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys.

Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
UT State Bar License (or planning on sitting for the July 2026 Bar Exam)
Must be proactive, highly detailed oriented, highly organized and motivated.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. xibtplm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
