At TMC, We Offer:

Earn up to $120,000+ per year
Home weekends

$125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Increased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping
Continuous Run Program: Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road
$600 in-truck bonus when you receive your own truck, plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truck

How Driving with TMC Works:
Orientation Schedule:

Days 1-3 (or up to 5): Paid orientation based on your experience level, kept separate from new drivers
If New to Flatbed: Paid training with a certified Driver Trainer before getting your own truck
Hit the Road: Start earning performance-based percentage pay and choose the home time that fits your lifestyle
Paid orientation at TMC's training centers in Des Moines, IA, or Columbia, SC

What You'll Need:

Valid CDL-A
3 months of driving experience required
Last 5 years of work history for your application
No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
