Job Description We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain proper inventory and restock coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Keep the coffee station, counters, equipment, and service areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Handle customer questions and requests professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso machines and beverage preparation is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed.
