Facility Type: Critical Access, Adult Level IV Trauma

Patient Population: Mixed, including healthy pediatrics and adults

Cases & Responsibilities:

  • Main procedures: Ortho, general surgery, podiatry, ENT, Urology, OB/GYN, occasional endoscopy, cataracts
  • Skills required: Spinals, OB, epidurals, endoscopy, peripheral nerve blocks, ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC lines preferred, not required)
  • No heads, hearts, or spine procedures
  • Average 5 20 cases/day, anesthesia runs 2 4 rooms/day

Practice Model & Support:

  • 1 MD, 4 CRNAs (autonomous practice)
  • 3 ORs + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
  • EMR: EPIC
