Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

CRNA Locum Opportunity Toms River, New Jersey

Community Medical Center, part of the Robert Wood Johnson Health System, is seeking Board Certified CRNAs for locum coverage beginning July 1, 2026.

Assignment Details

• Location: Toms River, NJ

• Assignment Dates: July 1, 2026 August 31, 2026

• Schedule: Flexible; 2 5 days per week

• Shift Options: 10-hour, 12-hour, 16-hour, overnight, and occasional 24-hour shifts available

• Call: Minimal 24-hour call coverage

Practice Setting

Provide anesthesia services throughout the hospital including:

• Operating Room

• OB

• Endoscopy

• Cath Lab

• Interventional Radiology (IR)

Cases include:

• General anesthesia

• Spinals

• Epidurals

• Regional anesthesia (preferred but not required)

CRNAs work within a physician-supervised care team model with full staff support available.

Additional Information

• Epic EMR

• Low trauma acuity (primarily orthopedic trauma)

• Emergency privileges available with credentialing possible in approximately 2 weeks

• Multiple shift options allow for scheduling flexibility

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA

• Active NJ license preferred

• Comfortable with hospital-based anesthesia practice including OB coverage
