- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (further details discussed upon application)
- Salary: $250,000 $290,000 annually, based on experience
- Sign-on Bonus: Available
- Incentive Bonus: Potential yearly bonus
- CME & PTO: $3,500 annually, hours of PTO (dependent on experience)

- Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia
- Cover 1 15 surgical cases per day across multiple ORs
- Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout procedures
- Maintain documentation and comply with all relevant healthcare standards
- Contribute to a strong, supportive team focused on patient care excellence
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification and Ohio licensure
- PALS certification
- Strong communication, manual dexterity, stamina, and customer service skills
- Preferred: 1 3 years neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience
