Pay & Benefits
  • Salary: $250,000 $290,000 annually, based on experience
  • Sign-on Bonus: Available
  • Incentive Bonus: Potential yearly bonus
  • CME & PTO: $3,500 annually, hours of PTO (dependent on experience)

What You ll Do
  • Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists in a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia
  • Cover 1 15 surgical cases per day across multiple ORs
  • Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout procedures
  • Maintain documentation and comply with all relevant healthcare standards
  • Contribute to a strong, supportive team focused on patient care excellence
What You Need
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
  • Current CRNA certification and Ohio licensure
  • PALS certification
  • Strong communication, manual dexterity, stamina, and customer service skills
  • Preferred: 1 3 years neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience
