  • Location: Troy, New York
  • Position Type: Full-time, hospital-employed CRNA
  • Schedule Options:
    • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Call Rotation: 1:6 (optional but preferred)
  • Call Benefits: Call stipends and shift differentials
  • Case Mix:
    • Bread and butter cases: OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology
    • No cardiac, trauma, or neuro cases
Candidate Requirements
  • Accepting new graduates
  • Must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • No locum candidates
  • Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 waivers NOT accepted)
  • No lapsed board certification accepted

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation based on years of licensure
  • Recruitment bonuses:
    • Starting bonus: $25,000
    • 6-month bonus: $50,000
    • Year 2 bonus: $25,000
    • Year 3: Quality incentive metrics start, $10,000 bonus
  • Relocation allowance (reimbursement-based, distance-dependent)

Shift & Call Details
  • Shifts: Choice of 7 am - 3 pm, 7 am - 5 pm, or 7 am - 7 pm

  • Call stipends and shift differentials included
