Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: ongoing until a perm is hired
Shift Details: Full-time, Mon-Fri -8 hours
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri -8 hours

Work Details:
Support Staff: EFDA's, Dental Assistants and Hygienists
Department Description:
10-12 patients per day, mostly adults, rarely kids
EMR: Dentrix

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Practice Setting: Dental Clinic

Requirements:
at least 1 year experience required -
Procedures: Restorative and general dentistry procedures

Board Certification:
License Required: Active IN license without restrictions
Certifications Required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
