Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Missoula, MT

Job Summary Express Employment is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Delivery Driver to join a team full-time in a long-term role. This position involves both warehouse duties and delivery driving, ensuring products are accurately prepared and delivered to customers across the region.

This is a physically demanding role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily delivery routes upon arrival each morning
• Pick and prepare orders from the warehouse
• Load delivery items into a box truck safely and efficiently
• Complete delivery routes (typically 7-13 stops per day)
• Deliver products to customer sites ranging from Sula to Bigfork, depending on route
• Operate a box truck (no CDL required)
• Use a dolly to unload and deliver items independently
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Assist with overflow routes when standard routes exceed weight limits

Requirements & Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Physically strong and able to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work long, active days on your feet
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
