Seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join an established, physician-led practice in Iowa . Position Highlights: Join an established team of two Endocrinologists with a strong referral base and steady volume of new consults. No call, weekend, or after-hours responsibilities, offering an excellent work-life balance. Outpatient-focused practice seeing approximately patients per day . Opportunity to participate in inpatient consults or teach residents and medical students if desired, but neither is required. Dedicated RN support for each provider, experienced clinical staff, certified diabetes educator on-site, and in-house lab services. Advanced diabetes technology support, including insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor management. 24/7 hospitalist program manages all adult and pediatric inpatient admissions. H-1B cap-exempt and J-1 waiver sponsorship available. Compensation & Benefits: Two-year guaranteed salary with productivity incentive potential.
