From the time Raymond Hill School first opened in 2004 our goal has been to integrate innovative programming and a state-of-the-art facility in a powerful way. Designed to be a bright, welcoming, and appealing physical environment, the school invites students to explore their educational experiences with new eyes. About the Position
Under the direction of the Vice President of Programs, the Senior Director of Education manages and controls the programs and activities of the Education Program to provide student education and academic and behavioral remediation in conjunction with the client treatment program to meet the overall objectives of the agency.
Qualifications
CT Certification in Intermediate Administration and Supervision (092), Comprehensive Special Education (165), a specific area of disability, or an area of pupil personnel services required. Two to four years experience in Special Education preferred. Acquisition and maintenance of certifications in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (de-escalation) and CPR/First Aid required.
Salary Range
$105,000 to 135,000, commensurate with experience.
