As a Manager of the of a plant, the Production Manager is responsible for managing production teams and working with the Director of Operations in insure timely output of Ready to Eat (RTE) beef crumbles for Taco Bell. This position is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. Requires an essential understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping, and general line maintenance and staffing.
