Critical Care RN / RT

Methodist Health System seeks a Critical Care RN / RT to deliver high‐acuity, evidence-based care in ICU and step-down settings. You will assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients, administer medications and ventilator therapies, interpret labs and diagnostics, and coordinate interdisciplinary care. Partner closely with physicians and allied teams to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe transitions.
