Requirements:
  • Valid and active Occupational Therapy State license.
  • CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and their surroundings to identify limitations and set goals.
  • Create customized treatment plans and apply diverse therapeutic methods to improve daily life skills.
  • Provide guidance on adaptive tools and assistive devices.
  • Educate patients and families on independence and condition management strategies.
  • Continuously assess and document patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
