Assignment Details

    • 3 days/week (prefer Tue/Thu + 3rd day; flexible)
    • Option for full Mon Fri split between Los Angeles + Lawndale
    • Hours: 8 AM 5 PM
  • On Call: None
  • Patient Volume: PPD
  • Population/Scope: Geriatrics, advanced primary care, chronic conditions
  • EMR: Athena
  • Support: Nursing + APP
  • Travel/Lodging: All inclusive hourly
