Sales Representative and Employment Specialist

We are looking for someone who will work as a Sales Representative with Employment Specialist responsibilities. He/she would be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with employers, and promoting the agency's recruitment and staffing services. This role involves identifying client hiring needs, generating leads, negotiating service agreements, and working closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.

In addition, he/she would connect job seekers with suitable employment opportunities. They work with both individuals and organizations to facilitate successful employment relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers and business clients.

Present and promote the agency's staffing and recruitment solutions.

Understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate recruitment services.

Conducting intake interviews with clients to understand their career goals and employment needs

Assessing clients skills, abilities, and interests through a variety of methods, such as aptitude assessments and interviews

Creating individualized employment plans for clients, outlining their job search strategies and career development steps

Connecting clients with potential employers, arranging interviews, and facilitating communication between the two parties

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure qualified candidates are matched to client requirements.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional staffing opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contracts using the company database.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in sales, business development, staffing, or recruitment is an asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license may be required for client visits.
