• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
• Call: Must be willing share weeknight and weekend call
• Cover 4 locations required

• Call: Beeper for assigned patients at 3 sites with 30mins response time required

  • Location # 1 : 50% Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology

  • Location # 3 : General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, GYN/Podiatry
  • Location # 4 : Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Pulm/Bronc Lab, Gastro, OB, Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural Heart

Requirements

• Active AZ license
• NBCRNA certification with at least one year of experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
• Case logs of blocks performed required
• Must not reside within 90 miles of the facility
• Ability to explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims, or sanctions from a board of nursing
