Schedule & Coverage:

  • Clinic: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

  • Call: Weekend call rotation (Friday 5:00 PM Monday 7:00 AM)

  • Clinic Volume: patients/day

  • Confirmed Coverage Dates:

    • Clinic: July , Aug , Sep 2 4, Sep , Oct , Nov 3 6, Dec 8 12

    • Primary Call: July , Aug 29 Sep 1, Sep 5 8, Oct 4 6, Nov 7 10

Clinical Details:

  • Specialty: Hematology/Oncology

  • Procedures: None required

  • Setting: Outpatient with hospital consults and rounding as needed

  • Call Coverage: Primary call shared with providers; APPs as back-up

Technology & EMR:

  • EMR: Vemsta (used for time entry and order entry)

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Active Indiana license or IMLC

  • Board Status: BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology (within 5 years of residency completion)

  • Experience: 2+ years preferred

  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA issued)

  • Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
