Job Title: Call Center Specialist / Customer Support Specialist Location: Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite) Duration: 1.5-2 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. Pay range: $18hr-$20hr Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (First 3 weeks) Work Schedule After Training: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM-9:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional phone-based customer service. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, educating them on available products and services, and delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously. Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Enter and update customer information in internal systems. Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers. Promote self-service options when appropriate. Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines. Maintain high-quality customer service and problem resolution. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
