  • The orthodontist in this role will support two offices in the area.

Qualifications:

  • DMD or DDS

  • Successful completion of an accredited orthodontics program

  • Must be comfortable as the solo provider

  • Current state license to practice dentistry

  • Proof of and ability to maintain malpractice insurance
