CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist - Experienced (3+ Years)

Location: Hobart, WI

Position Overview

We are looking for skilled CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a job shop environment, and enjoys working on a wide variety of precision components.

You will be responsible for full machine setups, optimizing processes, and producing high-quality parts with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

  • Perform complete setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes
  • Select tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs
  • Edit programs at the machine and troubleshoot issues
  • Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
  • Inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances are met
  • Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes
  • Mentor and support less experienced machinists

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes)
  • Strong setup experience and ability to run independently
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T
  • Experience with program edits and troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

  • Weekend Shift:
    • 3, 12-hour days (3:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
    • Tues, Wed, Thurs
    • $3 Shift premium
