Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - HospitalistLocation: Tawas, MichiganSchedule: Night shifts, 7-on / 7-off (7p.m.- 7:00am.)Position Highlights Inpatient-focused role with an emphasis on:oPatient admissionsoComplex medical care management Work in collaboration with hospitalist physicians Strongly preferred: candidates with prior inpatient experience Requires strong clinical and communication skills Robust onboarding and training program provided Includes formal mentorship for continued professional supportKey Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hospitalized patients Manage both chronic conditions and acute medical issues Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Perform bedside procedures including:oParacentesisoThoracentesisoTunneled dialysis catheters (TDC)oChest tube placementoCentral line insertionoMedport managementRequirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred (new grads considered with strong clinical background)
