Electrical Assembly
As an Electronics Assembler, you will perform accurate electronic assemblies to exacting specifications for precision positioning systems. Responsibilities include assembling chassis, PC boards, components and cables; operating PCB test stations to troubleshoot and repair at the component level; maintaining cleanroom protocols and contamination control; collaborating with peers, engineering and supervision on problem-solving and corrective action; and documenting work with extreme attention to detail while maintaining traceability of components and assemblies.
We're also hiring for Spindle Assembly, Precision Grinder, and Mechanical Assembly positions.

Electrical Assembly
As an Electronics Assembler, you will perform accurate electronic assemblies to exacting specifications for precision positioning systems. Responsibilities include assembling chassis, PC boards, components and cables; operating PCB test stations to troubleshoot and repair at the component level; maintaining cleanroom protocols and contamination control; collaborating with peers, engineering and supervision on problem-solving and corrective action; and documenting work with extreme attention to detail while maintaining traceability of components and assemblies.
We're also hiring for Spindle Assembly, Precision Grinder, and Mechanical Assembly positions.
Qualifications for Electrical Assembly:
- High School Diploma or GED with required training and certifications for electronics; Associate's degree a plus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with PC Boards, PCB components and cables
- Ability to perform accurate electronic assembly using common hand tools, fixtures, and standard work instructions
- Comfortably read and interpret electronic drawings, schematics, Bill of Material (BOM), and build procedures
- Solid mathematical aptitude and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting precise quality and performance requirements
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving focus, ability to work independently, and flexibility with shifting priorities
- Safety-first mindset and capable to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
