Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Palm Springs, CA

Location: Coachella Valley, CA
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70 $75/hour

A well-established and growing healthcare organization in the Coachella Valley is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team. This role focuses on adult patients with an emphasis on long-term, relationship-based care and chronic condition management.

• Outpatient-only primary care
• Adult patient population
• See patients per day
• Collaborative, team-based care model
• Shared call rotation (2 3 nights/month)
• Strong focus on continuity of care

• Competitive hourly rate: $70 $75/hour
• $4,000 annual CME allowance
