Shift Details:

  • Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: The department requires coverage for 1-2 weeks in September: 9/14-25. Additionally, the chosen locum will cover sporadic weeks as needed.
  • Schedule Details: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an hour lunch. Overtime applies after a 9-hour day. Friday, 8 AM - 12 PM. No call.
  • Patient Population/Case Load: 14 patients per shift
  • Case Mix: Outpatient
Licensing and Privileging:
  • License: An active Michigan state license is required
  • Willing to License: Yes
  • Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
  • Are Temporary Privileges Available?: Yes
