This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, a collaborative working environment, and a solid commitment to excellence in patient care.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Full-time with flexible shift options
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $475,000
Annual Bonus: $25,000
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
Call Rotation: 1:9 (physicians take calls in-house with a post-call day off)
Annual Case Volume: Approximately 10,000 cases annually
Practice Overview:
Join a team of 9 physicians and 17 CRNAs
Collaborative medical direction model
292-bed facility
Diverse caseload (no cardiac, trauma, neurosurgery, or pediatrics)
Supportive, stable team that has not expanded in years
Excellent work-life balance with flexible scheduling options
Candidate Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOBA)
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
