Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and milestone deadlines. Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance. Ensure quality control and specification adherence. Resolve field issues with project stakeholders. Coordinate site logistics, materials, and equipment. Prepare daily reports and project documentation. Profile 10+ Years of construction industry experience 2+ years in a superintendent or foreman role Track record of leading construction projects valued at $1M+ Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to manage both subcontractor and self-perform crews Passion for high quality construction Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 USD annually.
