About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations based in Myerstown, PA. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Pay & Schedule Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays; 1 AM or 1 PM start time
Pay: $30/hr during orientation, $24/hr + components after training
Quarterly Performance/Safety Bonus
40 hours vacation
$50 for each tarp secured
$25/hr for Detention
$25/hr for Breakdown
$35/night for Per Diem if necessary

Freight / Load Type: Roofing Materials, Flat Metal, Lumber
Equipment: Automatic trucks
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Strapping and Tarping
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Minimum Requirements
License: CDL A
Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
