OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant for a position to join our group, Lake Emergency Partners (LEP). The work schedule is as needed/as available and will be credentialed at our OSF Healthcare location in Champaign-Urbana and Danville.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

LEP provides emergency medicine services at Heart of Mary Medical Center in Urbana and Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville. We provide 24/7/365 coverage and staff with board certified emergency and family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Both sites are staffed with excellent specialty backup, supportive nursing staff and administrative staff, and operate off Epic EMR.

  • Approximately 17,000 visits annually
  • 19 emergency room bed

OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center

  • Approximately 30,000 visits annually
  • 22 emergency room bed
  • On-site executive condo available
