Since 1967 , we've specialized in luxury home additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home remodeling projects throughout the Chicagoland area. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Architect to help lead our design team and uphold the high standards our clients expect.

What You'll Do

As our Architect, you'll play a key leadership role by overseeing project quality, mentoring Job Captains, and ensuring every project is accurately designed and construction-ready.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and mentor Job Captains while ensuring company drafting and design standards are consistently met.
Visit project sites with team members to verify existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and minimize construction surprises.
Review architectural drawings, elevations, floor plans, and MEP drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Review cabinetry drawings and coordinate with vendors.
Review door and window quotations to verify dimensions before orders are placed.
Specify structural members and perform structural calculations.
Update construction drawings and addenda to accurately reflect approved project scopes.
Review and approve Change Orders resulting from project scope modifications.
Help ensure projects stay on schedule by delivering accurate, timely construction documents.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Illinois Licensed Architect (Required)
Extensive experience in residential remodeling , additions, and renovation projects.
Strong proficiency with CAD software and the ability to produce construction drawings.
Experience designing and drafting larger residential additions.
Leadership experience managing or mentoring Job Captains or design staff.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, buildable plans.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
