This position plays a key role in managing both income tax accounting/reporting and compliance(link removed) Youll have ownership over tax provisions, filings, and planning initiatives while partnering closely with accounting, FP&A, and external advisors.

• Lead preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns


• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740)


• Prepare and review estimated tax payments and extensions


• Support tax audits and respond to regulatory inquiries


• Maintain and reconcile income tax accounts and journal entries


• Conduct tax research and monitor changes in tax law


• Partner with internal teams on tax planning and forecasting


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies


• Support strategic initiatives and business growth from a tax perspective

• Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA or Masters preferred)


• 58+ years of experience in tax accounting / income tax compliance


• Strong understanding of ASC 740 and corporate tax reporting


• Experience with tax software (Corptax, OneSource, or similar)


• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on


• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
