Hours: Clinic and Outpatient services are Mon-Fri 8a-4p with OR Anesthesia Team Hours of

Mon-Fri 7:30a-4p. Possible On Call

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 month commitment and prefer longer

BC

BLS and ACLS

DEA
