Job Duties/Responsibilities: Driving / Transporting Goods
  • Drive a truck to deliver feed goods to customers.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills when servicing and greeting customers, and when working with co-workers and other departments within the company.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on truck/daily pre-trip inspections.
  • Assist with all maintenance with appropriate personnel.
  • Load and unload truck.
  • Keep the vehicle clean in accordance with company policy. Production
  • Assist in monitoring finished bulk and bagged feeds.
  • Operate feed equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist management with production and inventory planning and control for both ingredients and finished products. General / Other Duties
  • Ensure safety compliance, working in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies.
  • Accurately complete and maintain assigned reports, logs, and documents.
  • Assist with facility maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Wage Range: 21.00 - 27.00 per hour General Description of Benefits: 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO Experience & Educational Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (HSED or GED).
  • Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
  • Must have a valid CDL-A.
  • Must have a current, valid Wisconsin commercial drivers license and meet all DOT qualifications for operating a commercial motor vehicle.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, bend, turn, twist, climb ladders, stairs, and bins.
  • Ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
  • Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
  • Farming background is preferred.
  • Feed Mill experience is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to pay careful attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and write English at a proficient level
