Responsibilities for this Quality Control Engineer:
Support and strengthen our SQF and food safety programs
Lead quality and process improvements that directly impact production
Troubleshoot with operations and apply engineering problem solving
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions
Build a strong food safety culture through training and communication.
Minimum Requirements Quality Control Engineer:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Packaging,
Internship to 3 years in packaging, paper, food, or manufacturing quality
HACCP Certification required (or ability to obtain quickly)
Comfortable using meters, gauges, and basic testing tools
Clear communicator with strong analytical and RCA skills
Bonus: JD Edwards, Quality Windows, or ParcView experience.
