High end boutique interior design studio, looking for a confident, detail-oriented, self starter. Ideal candidate is able to work independently to meet project deadlines, and solve customer service issues without compromising business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of clients projects from initial meetings to final installation.

Coordinate contractors in line with project schedules.

Processing, management and tracking of clients purchase orders.

Manage project budget.

Handle client customer service issues.

Compile detailed manufacturer instructions for clients furnishings.

Work with team to understand prospective client needs and big picture goals for the studio.

The ideal candidate will posses:

Experience working on renovation/remodeling projects.

An ability to read scaled floor plans and construction drawings.

Skills to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Traits of an independent highly motivated self starter.

Prior experience working with purchasing software is a plus.

Prior sales experience is a plus.

Proficiency with Numbers (works like Excel), Quickbooks

Quick learning on new apps and software

Ability to understand and support creative process

This is an hourly position requiring 4-6 hours a day M-F, flexible evenings and weekends as needed for client meetings. This position will start at 15 hours/week and will increase to 30 + hours/week as proficiency grows. Please submit a cover letter and resume for consideration.
